Repairs and Ring Sizing

  • For items purchased through our website please email info@wisefuturejewelry.com with your order number and a description of the repair you need. If it is something we can accept, we will contact you with shipping information, if not, we will do our best to help come up with the best possible solution. Please do not ship a repair before we get in touch with you as we may not be able to accept the repair being requested. 

  • Please note we do not repair items that have been altered outside our care, are damaged due to mishandling of an item or normal wear and tear. If you purchased a piece with prongs, it is recommended to have it inspected twice a year by a local jeweler and they can help identify if prongs need to be tightened.

  • Gemstone replacement services are subject to a fee.

  • We can resize rings for a service fee within a certain size range relative to the size purchased. However, not each style is easily resized so please reach out and we can discuss further what is possible.
