Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via UPS with the option for Ground or 2nd Day Air. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

All pieces are currently made to order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for production. This also allows time for us to inspect every piece before shipping. If you need an order sooner, please reach out and we will see what we can do.

All shipments are insured for the value of the item and require a signature.

Once your item ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Wise Future is not liable for any loss or theft that occurs during shipping or once the item has been delivered successfully. However, we’re happy to help with filing claims.
