  • All our pieces are made to order and put in to production once purchased therefore all items are FINAL SALE.

  • If an item is received faulty due to manufacturing issue, please reach out within 48hrs of receiving your package with photos so we may assist with an exchange or repair. Please do not send back the item until you have received return instructions for shipping.

  • We want you to love your piece or be confident in buying a gift so if you have additional questions about an item please reach out before purchasing and we would be happy to assist in answering those questions or provide additional photos.
